At Pika Pirate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. Please read our return and exchange policy below for a smooth experience:
Returns:
We accept returns only if the wrong product has been sent to you. If this happens, we will:
- Initiate a pickup from your location at no extra cost.
- Send you the correct product once the return is processed.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us first. We will provide the return address, and you can self-return the item.
- If you request us to initiate the return from our end, a fee of ₹150 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the product value.
- A coupon voucher will be provided for the remaining balance, which can be used on your next purchase.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 48 hrs of receiving your order.
